Terms of Service

Prompt Driven provides Prompt Driven Studio. By creating an account, joining an approved workspace, or using the Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Studio for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Access may require waitlist approval. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials, agent API tokens, and connected-service credentials secure. Agent tokens should be limited to the scopes, projects, and expiration appropriate for their task.

The Studio is an AI-assisted video production system. Depending on the selected workflow and configuration, it can help write and plan a project, generate or process images, video, speech, music and captions, review media, render a final video, and submit content to a connected distribution service. It can also create public feature-validation pages that display a concept and collect interest. The Studio can be used through the web editor and through approved agent API or CLI workflows.

Models, providers, features, limits, and availability may change. Generation can be nondeterministic, and re-running the same request may produce different results.

You are responsible for the scripts, prompts, uploads, recordings, references, instructions, project settings, and other material you provide, as well as the outputs you choose to keep, share, or publish (together, "User Content"). You must have the rights and permissions needed for that User Content and for the way you direct the Studio to use it.

You give Prompt Driven permission to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Studio and to perform the workflows you request. Those workflows can include sending necessary content to the configured AI, speech, media, cloud, collaboration, billing, and distribution services described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of your User Content to Prompt Driven. Rights in AI-generated output can depend on the input, provider, applicable rules, and the rights of others. The Studio does not promise that an output is unique or that rights will arise in it.

Voice cloning requires a reference recording, its transcript, and confirmation that the required consent has been obtained. Do not upload or use a person's voice, likeness, image, music, footage, confidential material, trademark, or other protected material unless you have permission for the requested use.

You may not use the Studio to impersonate or mislead people, violate privacy or publicity rights, infringe intellectual-property rights, evade another service's restrictions, or create or distribute unlawful content.

AI-generated and automated results can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your purpose. Provider safety systems can refuse or modify a request. You are responsible for reviewing scripts, factual claims, rights, disclosures, captions, media, and distribution settings before using or publishing an output. Do not rely on the Studio as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

A project owner can invite other people as viewers or editors. Reusable reference-library owners and administrators can separately grant access to reference material. The people who control those invitations and grants are responsible for choosing recipients and roles. Editors may change project material; viewers may see content made available within their role. People who receive content remain responsible for their own use of it.

Project owners can revoke invitations and change or remove members. Reference-library owners and administrators can revoke reference grants using available controls. Revocation does not retrieve copies a recipient already obtained outside the Studio.

When you connect or use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy policy also apply. You authorize the Studio to submit the content and instructions necessary for the action you request. Third-party availability, review, quotas, moderation, and account restrictions are outside the Studio's control.

YouTube publishing supports private, unlisted, and public visibility. Automated publishing defaults to private or unlisted, and the Studio requires explicit approval before it submits a public publish. You are responsible for the connected channel, final visibility, metadata, disclosures, and content. You can disconnect the integration, but must use YouTube's controls to change or remove content already submitted there.

Some operations consume usage credits, currently labeled PDDC in the Studio interface. The Studio records usage using the operation, provider or model, pricing snapshot, and project context available to the billing system. Estimates may differ from final usage when a provider reports the completed operation.

When credit purchases are available, the package and price shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Checkout is hosted by Stripe, and Stripe's terms apply to its payment service. Any purchase-specific terms presented at checkout also apply. These Terms do not create a promise that a particular model, price, free-credit grant, or purchase package will remain available.

You may not use or attempt to use the Studio to:

• access another account, project, credential, or content without permission;
• bypass waitlist, role, token, credit, provider, rate, safety, or publishing controls;
• disrupt the service, distribute malware, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or overload infrastructure;
• conceal the source of automated activity or share credentials in a way that defeats account or project controls; or
• create, upload, share, or publish content when you lack the required rights or when doing so would be unlawful.

The Studio may change, pause, or discontinue features and may limit or revoke access when needed to protect accounts, projects, providers, billing systems, or the service, or when these Terms are violated. Early-access features may be incomplete or unavailable.

You can stop using the Studio at any time. Available controls let you delete individual projects and, for project owners, their own eligible voice references within the technical boundaries described in the Privacy Policy, revoke agent tokens and sharing access, and disconnect YouTube. The current product does not provide self-service full-account deletion; contact support@promptdriven.ai for help with an account-level request.

The Privacy Policy explains the account, project, provider, collaboration, billing, analytics, logging, and distribution data flows currently implemented by the Studio.
